Every other Tuesday morning, we meet in the Hall to share our love of stitching. We are a small group of mixed ability sewers but we have a lovely time and even manage to complete some projects.
A recent achievement was making a quilt that was entered in the National Festival of Quilts at the NEC in Birmingham in August. This was no mean feat for such a small group and it was lovely to see our quilt hanging with the other 600 entries.
If you have an interest in patchwork, quilting, embroidery or any other such activity, please come and join us. New members from Thruxton and beyond are always welcome. You can be certain of a cup of tea and a biscuit (if Lorraine remembers to bring some!).
