How to book

2. Check our prices

3. Read our Hire Agreement and House Notes

4. Complete the booking form.

You will then receive a booking acknowledgement followed by an invoice for the deposit (£100) which will provide payment details.

Additional charges

Use of crockery for parties of more than 24 - £20

Cleaning (by arrangement) - £45 (For all large-scale events, this charge will be levied in addition to the hire charge.)

The kitchen is well equipped and can be used for catering events or when using outside caterers.

There is a strict 11.30pm curfew on the sale of alcohol and music.

All hirers are required to sign the booking confirmation form and also take careful note of and adhere to current Covid restriction notices.


Every effort is made to ensure that this calendar is correct. Most bookings are for the Main Hall. Any for the Meeting Room are prefixed MR.
